Kiri Schumacher jewellery is made in our New Zealand studios. Crafted from precious metals, each piece of jewellery embodies hours of professional attention and care.

We trust you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase, but please do contact us if you notice an imperfection or flaw. If an item has broken due to our fault we’ll gladly repair it for you as soon as possible.

If you’ve simply changed your mind upon receiving an order, you’re able to return it within thirty days. See our returns policy for more information.

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS

If you lose or damage your jewellery, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help. We are able to fix most damaged pieces and can usually make an individual earring if you’ve lost half a pair of earrings.
