My jewellery studio overlooks the ocean, I often close my eyes and feel the expanse of shimmering light outside my window.

The Karohirohi Collection embodies the place where heaven meets earth and where spirit meets the body; in the Maori language of Te Reo ‘karohirohi’ refers to where light meets water, such as the dappled, dancing light that you see on the ocean’s surface. In Maoridom, it is believed to be where heaven meets earth. 

Thoughout this collection precious metals are contained within soft organic forms reminiscent of shimmering water, with hand carved textural detailing catching the light as you move.
