All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).


Purchases through our online store are processed via Paypal. Enter your credit card details when completing the order and you will be charged to the value of your purchase in New Zealand dollars.

Payment is also available via bank transfer – please contact us directly to arrange.

Returns and exchanges

Every piece of our jewellery is lovingly handmade to a very high standard in our Auckland studios.

We trust that you will be thrilled with your purchase!

Please note that all items are individual and unique, so there will be minor variations between items.

If you are not happy with your jewellery you are able to return your items within 14 days. We will happily refund or exchange any item in its original condition.

We recommend that you send items by secure post as we cannot accept responsibility if it is lost in transit. You will be responsible for the cost of the return freight unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty you may return it for a refund or repair, or you may exchange it. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. We will endeavour to repair, replace or exchange your item as soon as possible. We will also refund you the costs of return shipping, and cover all shipping costs for the repaired or replacement item.

We endeavour to process repairs, refunds and exchanges within 7 working days.
